Terms of Service

1. Seller / Operator
The Service is operated by AI Dojo (the “Seller”). For the purposes of paid subscriptions and purchases, the Seller is the entity offering the digital products; payment and fulfillment may be conducted by our payment and Merchant of Record partner as set out below.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AI Dojo website and services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. By completing a purchase (e.g. a subscription), you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and the Refund Policy.
3. Payment Processing / Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Description of Service
AI Dojo provides papers, masterclasses, and related content on AI engineering. Certain features (e.g. FikAi Audio) may require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Accounts and Subscriptions
Where you create an account or purchase a subscription, you are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your credentials secure. Paid subscriptions are subject to our Refund Policy (see below or at /refund-policy).
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
Content on the Service is owned by AI Dojo or its licensors. Where noted, some materials are offered under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works beyond what is expressly permitted.
8. Disclaimer
The Service and content are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Technical and educational content is for informational purposes; use at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Dojo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
