Refund Policy

Seller and payments

AI Dojo is the seller of Resident and Scholar subscriptions. Card payments are processed by Paystack (paystack.com). Paystack’s terms and security practices apply to how your payment method is charged and stored.

Refunds

Refund requests are considered by AI Dojo on a case-by-case basis and may be declined where permitted by law (for example if digital content has already been substantially accessed). This does not limit statutory rights where you are a consumer and the service is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

Consumer cancellation (where applicable)

If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription in certain jurisdictions. That right often does not apply to digital content you have already started using. Contact us using the support details in the site footer; we will respond within a reasonable time.

Subscriptions and trials

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for each billing period until cancelled. To cancel or change billing, use Billing & membership on the /membership/join page (this opens a pre-filled email to our support team) or email the support address in the footer. Include the email you used at checkout and, if you have it, your Paystack customer or subscription reference from your receipt.

Free trials: to avoid being charged, cancel or request cancellation before the trial ends. Unused time after a paid renewal is generally not refunded unless we agree otherwise or the law requires it.

Technical issues

If you cannot access paid features after a successful payment, contact us first with your account email and approximate payment time. We will work with you (and Paystack records if needed) to restore access or discuss an appropriate remedy.
